Great class, low intensity / slower paced but challenging at the same time. Loved how the instructor led the class - even toned, clear directions, good pacing. Also very pleasant staff. Will definitely go again.
Best studio, best instructors! Consistently GREAT classes for all levels! Super friendly and helpful office staff. I've been coming to this studio for 5 years on a weekly basis and never get bored from a class or teaching style! Highly recommend for all levels.
This Pilates studio is amazing! They take traditional Pilates and add heavier weight (with the occasional class that focuses on certain muscle groups). I’m always sore in the days following!
