Having to use this type of service is always a difficult and sad time in one’s life but the good news is that this company and their team are amazing and could not have made things any easier. Shari in particular was amazing. Not only was she caring compassionate and knowledgeable but she went above and beyond on a couple of occasions to make things easier for my dad and I. I will always appreciate the way they handle this type of events in someone’s life and when the time comes, I will use them again. Thank you to all involved.
Shari was our director and she was so kind, patient, and accommodating. She even made arrangements for my husband and i to see our baby girl one more time to make clay prints of her hands & feet before we buried her—something we weren't able to do at the hospital because she was born premature and we weren't prepared. Thank you Natural Grace for making this devastating time in our lives a little bit easier and more peaceful.
