I got a lash lift and tint from Natascha and the whole process was so smooth from online booking, to finding the location/parking, to paying online. This was my first time getting a last lift and tint, and I love the results so far, and it's only day 1 (photo attached). The service took about 45 minutes and it was so relaxing that I even took a bit of a nap. Overall vibe and quality was great. Natascha was very kind and welcoming.
I love Natascha. She is a lovely and loving human but most importantly a true professional at her craft. My lashes look great and I receive many compliments. She is always courteous and respectful but do the same and be on time. Seems obvious but I hear from other aestheticians that people think they can be late and that cannot always be accommodated because someone is booked behind you and chances are that eats at your time slot.
The BEST. She was so kind and patient — an hour in my service, I woke up from my nap (she has a heated table and plays chill music…so soothing) and my eyes started twitching and I basically had this weird anxiety attack and couldn’t get my eyes to stop. She was so lovely and patient. Helped me shake off whatever was going on. And the final product was amazing! Exactly what I wanted, and it’s bc she took the time to understand the look I wanted.
