horrible quality and they use dirty supplies . very unprofessional and unsanitary. also uses hand soap for feet. doesn't ask what kind of pedicure you want the sponge is black and she's used the same pair of gloves for each customer

I am Never Never gladness place to do my nails ever again the man who did my nails broke one of my nails before I left told me to be careful by the time I made it home the nail had came off I glued it back on because I had a flight in about 3 hours so I couldn't go nowhere else that was Saturday June 10th 2023 by June 13th while on vacation all the nails but the two thumbnails came off they charged me $70 for nails that only lasted exactly 3 days and then he got mad at me because I did not want to let him put the Potter he wanted to put on my nails when it comes to nails they're lazy they want to do everything fast they don't take their time and they have the audacity...read full review

This place is beyond terrible and unprofessional. A friend brought me to treat but as I am relaxing and enjoying they tried to charge me an extra $8 for something i did not ask for!! The lady decide to do a callus remover without asking if I wanted the service then got made because I refused to pay due to the circumstance/intent of how she went about the service. She proceeded to call me dirty because she felt I needed a callus remover. The whole situation is beyond me and this place needs to be shutdown. They are actually the dirty ones, their restroom is disgusting!!
