I recently purchased a home and wanted to re-key all the locks. They were able to come same-day and get started. The house had a variety of one-off keys for different doors and we wanted to reduce that. This did require replacing a few of the locks instead of just rekeying, since they weren't compatible. I learned a lot about locks and keys that day! Eddie was very professional and thorough at explaining the required work. A couple of the locks that needed replacing had to be ordered from his supplier - he obtained those and was back in a couple days to finish the work. Very happy to now have the key situation we asked for.

Nick was incredibly fast and efficient. As soon as I requested him, he gave me updates on his ETA. He asked to see my proof of residency after to make sure I lived at the place, which made me feel secure.
