Mr Speedy plumbing has been the plumbers for our HOA for more than 5 years. They have done a terrific job with our multiple plumbing issues over the years. We used to have issues every month. Since they started, Speedy comes twice per year for preventative maintenance and occasional issues.
Our management company was so impressed with Mr Speedy’s work, he started using them on 2 of his other buildings in the area. If only our other vendors were so conscientious.
100% recommend Mr. Speedy! I’m the HOA president for our condo complex and every six months Mr Speedy comes out to do a Hydro jet maintenance on the outgoing plumbing for our building. This is a great preventative measure & it’s helped us over the last 12 years keep The number of blocked drains and related issues with toilet, sinks, bathtubs to a minimum. Owner Fred is professional & cheerful and his plumbers pay attention to detail. Costs are reasonable, and Fred often charges less than other plumbers out there.
