The Culver and Playa locations offer a great experience from Angel at the front and the service with Dr. Shim. The ease of making appointments and having accessibility to all the records on the app is appreciated. Everyone at the Playa Vista location is seriously the best, very patient with new dog mom questions and attentive throughout the entire visit. They never feel rushed and make every effort to make them feel so comfortable.
