This company has been extremely unprofessional and it's quality service the worst of its kind. Neils, the Danish racist owner (based on comments he has made in the past) comes across as a total sales greaser, but the minute their system fails, he will delay the service call or make you pay for it. His system keeps on failing and sensors igniting all the time. When you are not home and cannot attest whether something is going on, you end up agreeing to have the police come over. Once the police comes over and sees that it was a false alarm, the police will send you an invoice for false alarm. Millenium will admit the sensor went off, but will not cover the bill. Worst decision ever...not only that, way more expensive that Ring or ADT.

Do not hire this company whatsoever. They lied to my mother about signing documents and they forced her to sign a contract even though she doesn’t speak English, when I wasn’t home. They are so terrible at their services that they need to coerce people into being forced to accept their services. They don’t even do a decent job of installing a full security system. Stay away from them unless you want to get scammed.

Don’t go there. They’re so bad with customer service and so rude. Please stay away from this company! If you want to go with ADT go straight to ADT. I’m not recommend this company for anyone!!! STAY AWAY!
