Took a while to get seated. I called in the morning for a regular pedicure and they said to come in at 11:15am. They didn't get started until an hour later BUT once they got started, they did a great job! I had Rose, she was quick and efficient.

I called ahead of time to confirm they could remove my gel x nails if I came in that day, and they confirmed that they had time and were able to remove them. As soon as i sat down they tried to stick an acrylic nail between my natural nail and what I wanted removed (ouch). I asked them if they could soak the nails and they insisted they pry them off with an acrylic nail because "it'd be faster". After trying (and failing) a few more times I told them it hurt and asked again for them to soak them. They refused and insisted they'd be gentle. The nail salon lady who pedicured was very nice BUT the receptionist needs to brush up on being welcoming, accommodating and learn to show appreciation for their clients. She needs to read and brush up on client protocols. Even uneducated people can still learn how to welcome clients. I'm not enthused about going back if I have to deal with the receptionist.
