Michael was in contact with me during each phase of the loan approval process. He accurately predicted the perfect day to submit my application and achieved an incredibly low interest rate, just before the rates skyrocketed. I definitely plan to reach out to Wolff Financial again in the future.
As first time home buyers, we were very nervous due to all of the horror stories that usually come with buying a home. Questions from, “Are we getting a good deal on rates?” to “Is this the best purchasing option for our financial situation?” seemed to flood our heads because of our ignorance on the subject. We showed interest in a few lending agents at first, but when Michael Wolff replied to us, he seemed to have all the answers that we needed and more. I have used Michael Wolff now for two personal refi's. I have had an amazing experience both times. I am a veteran, utilizing the VA loan situation and Michael has handled both of my jobs with ease. The cost was lower when shopping around and the rate at which he had my loan approved was well worth utilizing his services again.— Randy
