I do ecommerce and I had a huge problem involving Tik Tok and losing sales due an internal error on Tik Tok's end. Michael took the time to really listen and asked me questions that would help me out. He then gave me really solid advice on what to do next. Hint: his first piece of advice did not require me to pay him! I was stunned and immediately he earned my trust (I also read reviews and did a little homework prior). I know that if I need to take this situation further, he will be ready to go to bat for me.
Dr. Ahmadshahi was instrumental in helping me with two key issues for my small business. Mainly, his promptness and quick communication helped me feel confident about any problems I faced.
Micheal is so helpful! I got a legal notice from neighbor regarding my tree. I have never dealt with any legal notice before so I didn't know what to do at all. After talking to Michael, I felt so assured. Unlike other lawyers that I reached out to, Michael was so patient with me and didn't rash me at all. And he really understands my situation and feel for me. It's unfortunate to have a such annoying neighbor but it is fortunate to run into Michael.
