This guy is waste of time! I called at first and was told yes I can walk in to file my taxes and no appointment needed! So I came in with all my documents and sat with him for 15 minutes talking about my income then out suddenly I was told to leave since I had no appointment and just to email my documents!

I would not recommend, the amount they say does not match the amount the IRS says. You must check in the website. The service is good until you ask them why the amount is different. No recomendó este lugar la cantidad que te dice no es la que te dice el IRS. ‍‍

Very unprofessional never in a million years did we think someone was going to steal some of our tax refund. be very careful they told my husband that they were stealing refunds from mail boxes and it would be safer to get it delivered to the office. Our refund was sent to a bank account that was not ours and they gave us a personal check. They also said their would not be a charge for their services for the taxes of 2017 and 2018. Of course they are not going to charge us if they kept $500 from our refund. Just be very careful with this office.
