I called Omid on a Saturday after realizing that most designers were closed all weekend and I had a timeline to meet that I found out last-minute that my designer couldn't meet. He was friendly and said he could get it done in one business day, by Monday. I sent him what I needed and although it's hard to trust someone you never met and found on a google search, I took him at his word. Something about his style reassured me.
