    I was scheduled for services from 1-4pm and tried calling them to see if they could call me 30 min before arriving. No answer. I have a voicemail confirming from the day before. Through my home warranty I found out that they canceled my service work order and never bothered telling me. Having no a/c for 2 1/2 days and having a child dependent on a temperature controlled environment for health purposes it is unreal that a company wouldn't have the decency to call a customer back. This has caused us to be displaced out of our home on our holiday and have a lot of financial responsibilities because of their negligence. Do not rely on this company. They screwed us for sure.

    This company is the absolute worst!!! CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!LONG READ BUT WORTH IT!LUX was contracted through American Home Shield to fix my heating. I called in December 13, 2021. They were able to come the next day on Dec. 14. Dmitriy came in and said he had to do adjustments to the vacuum line and pressure switch. Stated that it was fixed and left. That night the heater was again not working. Called LUX back the next day and they did not answer. Call AHS on Dec. 16 and they said that LUX would call to schedule an appointment to come back within 24-48 hours. They never called. I called AHS again on Dec. 20 and they got LUX to call me. Lux tried to make an appointment the next day Dec 21 but I was not available. They then told me the next appointment would be Dec. 27th! They told me they couldn't send anyone because they had a big install in LA and couldn't spare anyone. When I told LUX to tell AHS that they could not fulfill the contract so they could send a different contractor that could fix my heater they denied the request and said they'd have someone there on Wednesday Dec. 22. When Alex came on Dec. 22 he said that he had to order a new circuit board and that they would call me when they had the part. The holidays went by and again no status updates. I had to call AHS again on Dec. 28. just to get Lux to call me. Lux called on Dec. 28 said that they "just got the part" and that they can come and install it tomorrow. Alex came back on Dec. 29 to install the new part. He was having difficulty and heard him call someone and ask them for help. Another person had to come and help Alex. So now 2 people were from LUX working on my heater. After some time, the second guy that came left and said everything was fixed and that Alex would put everything else back together. Took Alex another 20 mins and then said it was fixed. He left and later that night, the heater again stopped working. ??‍ I called LUX and left a voicemail stating that the heater was again not working. No one called me back. Called AHS and they got LUX to call me back. Alex called back and stated he didn't know why the heater wasn't working but couldn't come back because he and everyone was on vacation. They said the earliest they could come back was on Monday Jan. 3, 2022! I called AHS to complain and they actually stated that Lux was not able to come back until Jan. 6, 2022! I've been waiting since Dec. 13th for my heater to be fixed. LUX is a garbage company and should never be trusted!!! I got AHS to cancel the contract with LUX and have another company fix LUX's mess.
