My 9:30 AM appointment was honored in a timely manner and there was one other client in the salon. Lucy works alone and does it all - we started with a consultation and dry cut in the chair before shampoo and styling. I have medium length hair, asked for a bang trim and to lighten the volume of hair; Lucy gave me exactly what I asked for. She pays close attention and cuts with confidence - while cutting my hair she noticed my dry scalp and used a specialized shampoo and scalp massage tool to help heal my scalp.
