Bad customer service. Look for another urologist. I went to a consultation in 2022 which I paid cash, in 2024 I still get the bill for that consultation even though I talk every time it arrives by mail, it's quite annoying, and it's always the same, in their system I appear as PAID and they just tell me to ignore the bill, it's like hey it keeps coming by mail you know?

This isn’t about doctor Williams because I wasn’t able to schedule with him, despite having a referral to see him. This is about his staff. I called this morning to make my first appointment. After pulling up my charts, the receptionist asked me about a previous urologist i saw prior to this referral. I explained to her why i wanted to see a new doctor instead and she started GIGGLING.I don’t know what’s so funny about getting a second opinion after I didn’t feel my diagnosis resonated with me.(especially because my DOCTOR and insurance accepted this second referral and she’s a receptionist) She told me ok, i’ll call you back before 4:30 and did not give...read full review

This office doesn't answer the phone so you can make a Appt. I tried to leave a message but their voicemail is full. I couldn't even get the operator to answer I was on hold until I was finally called #1 but no one ever answered the phone. I've been here before & had the same problem with the office not answering the phone.
