Henry showed up on time as promised, analysed my situation quickly, informed me of the issue and problem and told me the price to repair. He also looked at a third safe and let me know that to recombo that one would be more expensive and much more time. The two safes he repaired requires a very specific turn sequence and 4-number combination. He demonstrated how to lock and unlock the drawers (they are file case safes), several times and wrote the instructions for me.
