Dr. Chung is a very warm-hearted, bright-aura, confident and reliable female doctor. I don't like lazy doctors, but she is quick to deal with problems and make decisions. She speaks English, Japanese and Korean fluently, which really helped me out when I was panicking at other hospitals. The room temperature was just right. My baby was wrapped in warm cloths and pillows and was able to be hospitalized in a very good environment. There are many cold places in the hospital, like a refrigerator, and my cat gets cold easily, so I was very relieved. I met the receptionist and other doctors, and everyone was kind. I will continue to come here.Thank you so much.

Staff is very attentive and professional. They communicate mainly via texts and have THE fastest reponse time of any business I know. Appointments are very easy to get. They answer all questions posed. The vet, Dr." H" is pleasant and doesn't mind explaining things and showing pictures of what he's talking about. Dr. was explaining an issue with my cat's teeth, which I wasn't quite understanding, so he went to the treatment room, took a pic of her teeth, and returned to show me the issue. I thought that was very cool he took the extra effort. You can tell when a clinic is run by and working with people who actually like and care about animals.... read full review

Good place. My cat has only needed shots and a check-up, so I can't comment on surgery, etc. Pricing is fair for what I've needed. They communicate before they do anything, and when following-up. They have been very helpful getting my cat what she needs to fly, and stay in touch via text which is appreciated.
