Lofts on Labrea

I'm not one to write a bad review unless you really need one and long story short this building is a SCAM by the lessors.

Myself and two other individuals wanted to look at a loft in this building, because naturally it's gorgeous and even with a price surge there was still security and good amenities, hard to find in LA. However, each time we tried to schedule a tour of the building, the leasing office would bring up an excuse 30 minutes before our tour, i.e. we don't have any more units or our leasing agents are not in today. They would then direct us to another property they owned, even when they left the listings for the loft up.

Horrible Place if your are a tenant here. Numerous Airbnb units catering to different people all the time Whole management is just awful. Maintenance staff always a no show for trash pick up on weekdays. Noisy At night from other units music and home theater pounding through the wall/floors. I’m so glad I moved out of this place last month. Do your research before you sign that lease folks

AN AMAZING GYM!!! Lost at least 20 lbs of FAT working out with the trainers there. Plus gained a lot knowledge about nutrition & fitness. TOTALLY RECOMMEND CHECKING OUT LFTD BODIES!!!
