I booked an appointment on 2/3/23 with Sarah, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with determining the best options for me as I was attending The Grammy Awards that weekend. Not only did she do an EXCEPTIONAL job and my lashes turned out better than I expected, it is now 3/4/23, over a month later and I still have more than 3/4 of them, and they still look amazing! I have been coming here for a little over two years and I absolutely love it here. I recently moved and decided to try another eyelash place that would be closer to home... I absolutely hated them, I contacted Sarah two days later to please fix it. Sarah was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to fit me into her schedule. Needless to say that Sarah is the only person I'll let touch my eyelashes, every time I come here I'm able to relax, she's so gentle I usually end up falling asleep. Sarah is quick to respond via text! Usually has great availability even at the last minute. I've loved getting my lashes done by her! The only thing I will say sucks is that even a fill cost $100+ which I don't think is quite right. If I still have 70% of my lashes from my last visit then I should be charged way under that. It only makes sense to keep getting full sets instead of sets and fills and I can't get a fill elsewhere bc most lash techs don't like to work on other peoples work.
