I have been coming to use the Sculpt Pod for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. It's like an infrared sauna for one with vibration underneath you, like a gentle massage. It feels AMAZING. I initially started coming, hoping to shed some weight that I gained after being immobile (due to a back injury and surgery) but I quickly found that the infrared light relieved my pain. I go twice a week and while I do feel it has helped me slim down, I think it's benefitting my overall health. And the owner, Afsi is the sweetest woman! She makes every visit enjoyable.

Afsi is welcoming, friendly, and extremely good at what she does! I recommend the SculptPod and the SlimWrap one after the other--two SculptPod sessions first, and then the SlimWrap work best for me. I am delighted with the results! Consistency is key.
