The initial process went well. Clay and the owner were responsive and helped us understand what was needed and how to prep our space. Execution of the installation occurred on time but the outcome and follow up left room for improvement. First, they put in a shim that was red and visible without informing us and allowing us to participate in the decision on what to do there. Second, two of the panels were set lower than the center. It took probably a month for them to find someone to come fix the issues - totally understandable but did take some pushing to ultimately get it scheduled. We love our stainless cable railings with wood cap! Beautiful work. So minimal and clean. Thanks to your guys and Clay for the easy process and great work and especially for coming back to tighten up a few cables that went a little slack which is expected with material expansion and heat. It was the finishing detail to my deck that was built over 20 years ago that I've always wanted to do. So much appreciated for the beautiful work.

We have used LA Railings for several projects and have been so impressed with the service, product, and installation. The team provides expert project planning, assisting with the installation of a concrete footer on a ridgeline upon which the glass was installed, and also working seamlessly with other trades to ensure their equipment is installed sequentially with the decking and other phases of our projects.
