Front door lock required two hands to open, Laris came down within a few hours of my call, replaces some of the innards and now I can open the door one handed and while carrying an armload of groceries! Price was reasonable too. Thanks!

Popped a call over to the office, he put me on hold for a couple of minutes, came back on the line and told me his tech would be right over. Mike showed up within 15 minutes and got the lock all handled. It was a lot simpler than I even thought, wish I could have figured it out on my own, but I learned for next time. They were friendly, SUPER prompt, knowledgable and it didn't cost me my life savings. Thanks San Pedro Lock and Key, it pays to stay local.
