Had my house renovation work done by the L. A. Remodeling Co. and they did an exceptional job. They are highly experienced and the price was very competitive. They finished everything in the time they told me, very happy and definitely recommend them for any of your needs!!

We finished a large remodel of our house with Tal and the LA Remodeling team in February of 2022 and could not be any happier with the results and the entire experience. Our house was built in 1935 and we wanted to open the space up by adding a small amount of new square footage and also refresh and update the entire house. Tal was a great partner and delivered a final product that exceeded our expectations and was delivered on time and on budget. There are a few areas where Tal and his team really excelled. Tal's communication and responsiveness over the course of the project were fantastic. He responded very quickly to texts and emails and actually answered his phone...read full review

It took me over a year to find a contractor who was: willing to take on a complicated hillside home exterior repair, was professional, provided quotes, in writing, and who didn't seem like a scammer. But at the end of that process, it was Ran at LA Remodeling who fit the bill. To back up slightly, I have a hillside home, with the house perched precariously over a gnarly, unusual hill. We had a lot of rotting wood in the fascia, which was starting to inch closer to endangering the roof. On a normal house, this would be a simple enough repair--maybe a long weekend for a relatively skilled crew. But in our case, it required scaffolding, which costs big bucks and requires a lot of coordination (in this case: scaffolding, wood repair, stucco repair, roofer, painters). I tried to coordinate this one my own at one point, to save money, but it felt like an impossible task. In any case, because of this, we decided we might as well do literally everything else we could possibly need to do, including painting the whole house and fixing some other wood. It was a big project. So big, in fact, I had three contractors literally laugh at me when they came to the house. A dozen more said they'd send me quotes and didn't. One guy apologized and told me he was literally a block away, then just... never showed up. A couple gave me verbal quotes. LA Remodeling was one of very few who treated me professionally from the start, and provided a detailed quote, on paper, within a week. That professionalism and great communication followed through over the course of the work. As other reviews have noted, the price was higher than some other quotes I got, but the difference between LA Remodeling and them was that I trusted LA Remodeling to actually show up and do the work. Which they did, over the course of two months (some rain delays and, you know, general supply chain wonkiness stretched the time out, but even best case scenario we were told to expect 4-6 weeks iirc). Did it cost maybe 10%-15% more than I might have gotten from someone else? Yeah, possibly. But LA Remodeling not only used excellent crews who were respectful and did clean, good work, but they also didn't surprise us a single time with price increases. At least when it comes to complex, multi-team projects, LA Remodeling is well worth the cost. They're a pleasure to work with, and we'll plan to do so again in the future for interior work.
