I feel that the level of service at this place was great. I'm in Miami and needed to replace my lenses. I shipped them in and got a call on my cell on a Saturday (how good is that) with a no-nonsense estimate and I was ready to go. L.A. Eyeworks makes incredible acetate frames and are highly rated by most online reviewers. A shout out to the staff for being so efficient. If you are in the L.A. area I would strongly suggest you stop by and look at their unique offerings (or you can go online.) You should leave happier than when you came in.

I haven't been to this location, but I purchased from EUROPTICS in San diego. I damaged my frames and needed them repaired, but instead of sending the front frame. They sent an entire new pair of glasses at no extra cost. Their glasses are of upmost quality.
