Came to get my COVID Booster back in January 2023, I can say that it is very organized. Nurse staff very attentive. I was very nervous to receive my booster but nurse Yolanda made me feel very at ease. She explained to me the care instructions in which I did not get instructions on my previous booster. Staff is very polite. Thank you.

I had a great experience, found parking quickly, was called right on time. The doctor was fantastic, Dr. Rezvani was super attentive, asked questions and listened to my symptoms, and addressed all of my concerns. I normally go to the Sunset medical center, and only went to the East LA center because of the lack of appointments at the Sunset center. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Rezvani. Also, can someone please get her a new chair???

I love this place. The people who work here are down to earth and so helpful. Even with the Covid 19 pandemic and protocols have been put in place to keep people safe. Yes, it takes a little more time to check in but they are fast efficient and friendly, even when some clients are impatient and can get rude. The office workers have always been great but today I want to really praise the Pharmacy. Last night around 5:45 PM, I went to pick up a refill but didn't find out that because the prescription involves more than one kind of liquid mixed together, I had to check into the pharmacy before they would start to make it, which would take at least 1/2 hour.
