Make sure to get your cut from KC and make an appointment before you go since she's normally booked.
I'm sorry to say but I can't say the same for anyone else there. I see some negative reviews and I can't help but think they got their cuts from someone other than KC since they probably didn't make an appointment.
I went at K and C hair salon today for a haircut and the ambiance there is lively and workers are friendly. Katy did handle me and the haircut went as good as I expected. I felt bad for not getting the highlights today but I definitely go back and recommend this store to my friends as well :) thank you Katy!
