The doctors are good but I never comeback with them. the ladies of the front desk means a lot. bad communication, it doesn't know how to explain the process of the insurance and don't know how much it for 1 tooth implant. that was my experience.

The owner and dentist, Justin Hwang, is either a crook or is incompetent. Either way this place should be avoided at all costs! He suggested unnecessary treatment plans for my elderly mother, and did shoddy work which we had to get corrected elsewhere. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. How do you leave patients waiting for their appointments for over an hour and a half?! He was a no show because he never returned from his lunch break. He put in a dental crown without even doing the root canal properly and suggested more dental crowns for perfectly healthy teeth. We received 2nd opinions from reputable dentists and x-rays supported that root canals and dental crowns were unnecessary and not recommended. Taking advantage of the elderly and abusing medicaid and medi-cal will be reported!

I'm just amazed how terrible the service is. I was waiting on the waiting area to get my service. No one has asked me with one word if I need help or sign on the sheet and wait for my turn or anything for 25 minutes. While waiting I saw the doctor talked to a patient very very impolitely, not only to a patient but to one of the receptionists. I'm not definitely coming back here.
