I was really disappointed with the outcome of my hair after I had a hair rebond in one of the Korean hair salon at Rowland Heights... my hair becomes brittle and freezy and it looks like the damaged done to my hair was irreparable.. So I decided to see Ellen and Kim from Jun Encarnacion Hair Salon .. Kim did a hair strand test first to make sure that my hair will respond appropriately to the chemical that she will use to repair the damage on my hair.. Kim patiently start working on my hair and make sure that the outcome is perfect.. We have been going to this place for a long time. The owner -proprietor Ellen and her daughter Kim takes good care of their customers hence repeat loyal customers and that's the best advertisements you can have. Highly recommended
