Joseph Vasquez was quick to respond to my call about a water heater that was out at my rental property. He squeezed me in on his way to his other appointments and coordinated with my tenants. He arrived at the time he said he would and quickly found that the issue was debris in the closet surrounding the water heater. He cleared the debris and explained how the water heater works and why it is important to sweep the area monthly to keep it clear. He charged only a service fee and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend calling Joseph & Sons Plumbing if you have the need for a prompt, honest, and licensed plumbing contractor.
Joseph and sons were friendly, responsive, and got the job done quickly! We needed a new water heater and wanted to switch from gas to electric. Joseph gave a quote, options, and let us know we’d need an electrician. It was done within hours and I’m happy to say we have hot water again. Thank you!!
