I think it's an easy test when a plumber or electrician does an easy job and it works out. The greater test is when it doesn't work out. I called on John's Plumbing to replace a garbage disposal. They booked the appointment immediately, showed up with the replacement unit and put it in for a reasonable cost. A couple months later I noticed there was a problem I could work around, but then it stopped working altogether. I called without any email to reference and they reassured me they would help. Everyone was so helpful and came to us in a very short amount of time while we were experiencing an emergency and had to close down our whole building for the day. Victor went above an beyond and we are very happy with the service they provided. Would absolutely recommend these guys! :)
We have used John's Plumbing & Drain Services for a total of three camera scopes & waste line locations in the last 3 weeks. Each time the team arrived on site on time and prepared for the work. Everyone was courteous and respectful and the work was completed quicky and accurately. The price was very fair for the services rendered and we will be working with them for these services in the future!
