I called on a Saturday and they were out on Sunday the next day. The service technician explained what was wrong with my AC showing me pictures on his tablet and priced everything out for me. There was no pressure to get the job done. Although I was not able to get everything on the job list done, I was able to get my AC working again with the most emergency job done. I will be calling them back to finish the rest of the service once I have enough money. But, the gentleman was professional and took his time to make sure the job was done right. A few months back we had Joe’s Heating & AC Repair replace one of the AC units at our home and that went very well, so when we needed some routine service at our business we again contacted them. We had a very good experience with Joe’s Heating & AC Repair and their technicians in both occasions.
