I've already rated this company on another site, but given that it's been a few years I wanted to post another review especially since great small businesses need the recognition during these times.I cannot say enough how much I appreciate JMS. It's nerve-wracking hiring contractors as a resident, you often don't know what you're going to get. Joe, the owner, is a hands-on manager who is hard-working, ethical, and honest.
