I found Jeremy last summer and after reading his reviews I decided to reach out to him. My husband and I were looking to purchase a home and needed someone with the experience and knowledge to see us through the process. We now have our home thanks to Jeremy! Throughout our search he was professional, reliable, and patient. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences and was flexible to work with. He has also provided advice with property rentals and is truly someone that I would recommend for your real estate needs.

I combed through Yelp to find a leasing agent who could help me with my apartment search that was turning more dire by the minute. I had significant safety and habitability concerns at my DTLA apartment, and was looking to relocate out of downtown and fast. I came across Jeremy and after reading so many glowing reviews, I immediately reached out to him rather late in the evening and he answered my call. I described the bind I was in to find an apartment rental to move into in the immediate future as well as my longer term goals to buy in the coming years. I also discussed with him all of my must-haves and preferences for my relocation. He was immediately willing to help and also managed my expectations based on budget, timing, etc. From that phone call on, the rest was history. We kept in close contact as I browsed options on the platform he uses and he immediately made himself available for phone calls, responding to texts, and making apartment tour appointments. Within days, I not only toured a desirable spot but submitted my application with his help. I felt so supported through the entire process without any uncertainty about the process or the location I was interested with Jeremy's help. He was extremely professional, and assuaged much of my stress and concerns about moving. In less than a week, I was able to sign a lease (which he helped me go through with a fine-toothed comb) for a 1B1BA that could not be more ideal for me. He also gave me a stellar referral for movers and within 3 weeks of meeting Jeremy, I was fully moved in to my new spot. I cannot thank or recommend Jeremy enough for his diligent work and support throughout this process. I've already shared his information with people I know who are in the apartment search process. I look forward to working with him in the future and it was a bonus to gain a friend in this process.
