“Bought a PC from them earlier in the month for gaming and it has been 10/10 playing on it.

Then, they helped resolve an issue that started 2-3 days ago where programs would crash and I would get a BSOD (blue screen of death). They resolved the problem quickly and professionally under their warranty. Also wanted to point out that they did not cause the original issue, it was likely caused by buggy software updates.
