The Owners are nice and polite... However one of the young ladies who works there during the mornings is not! She has an attitude that isn't so great! She obviously needs training on how to talk as well as to Communicate with Customers or else she needs to be in a different type of field working.i do not appreciate anyone with a "Smart or Smirky" attitude especially when I'm old enough to be there father! Once again, The work here is well done, I've only had one issue and that was regarding a shirt which they burned... However they did attempt to fix it. I came in at around 8:30am on a Saturday, after 5 other dry cleaners turned me away. I needed the dress by 2:30. I know that's a short time frame, but Imperial Dry Cleaners were able to help me! They were super friendly and can alert you via text when your clothes are ready :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I should have read the reviews. The prices are insane, more than Ive ever paid anywhere else.They charge insane prices and dont even do a good job of ensuring you get all of your pieces back at pickup!We were missing a huge comforter and we had to go back for it, where they charged us more for the comforter! Were also missing one of the bags we originally had our clothes in. They put our clothes in a random plastic.
