I've gotten pants (dress pants and jeans) shortened here multiple times and they always come out looking great with a 1-3 day turnaround time. It generally costs $25 to get pants shortened, but, for some reason, they once charged me $35 to get my jeans shortened. Overall, I find this place trustworthy and have never received bad-quality work on my pants.
Glecie and Jean are a completely one-of-a-kind team. I found out about them via a friend who takes his wildly expensive clothing--Rick Owens, Boris Bidjan Saberi, MA+--there for subtle alterations, to wonderful effect.In my case, I had a bunch of John Elliot tees and a few Lemaire henleys that all shared the common factor of being way way way too big. Amazing experience. Glecy works wonders. I had a bridesmaids dress that I couldn't return to the company, even though the size was misleading so it was too tight. Glecy was able to expand the dress by three inches in a week and now it fits perfectly. The integrity of the dress is the same, but the size was increased. Glecy and Jean were so kind and helpful. They both made my day and honestly saved me from having the wrong size dress for the wedding.
