Our tanked water heater was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. After doing some research I settled on a Navien tankless water heater. Their website listed Highland Plumbing as an installer and after reading some reviews I reached out to David.
The whole process was easy. We scheduled a site visit and he promptly provided me with a quote, and information of what I would need to do before install. (install an outdoor plug) We schedule an installation date and he showed up, and got the job done rather quickly. (5ish hours)
After install he took the time to explain the system to me and walk me through the features.

They were super professional and left everything clean. The new heater works great, and their follow-up to check if everything was okay was a nice touch.
