Probably the worst experience regarding income tax prep in my entire adult life. I have been waiting months and no tax return. The didn't waste any time billing me for a service that still has not been provided and it's June 2024. Hopefully they actually filed an extension on my behalf. Looking for a new CPA next year.
Excellent customer service and knowledge. Always answer every question asked with assertiveness. Great bilingual staff with a family like ambience. Have been a loyal client since 2001 with Mr. Hernandez.
