Jeanette is the most genuine person I have encountered in this business. I am a newly appointed notary and I needed notarization for my mail in forms. She instead advised me to go toward the county clerk immediately, instead of going through lengthy mailing process. I am truly grateful for her advice!! She did not need to tell me, and I could have paid for a notarization that I wanted but not NEED. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the notarization process and she is also mobile!!!
