Came in today and noticed all new employees. The lady noticed my confusion and said sadly Heidi sold the Salon because her husband died of a heart attack. I used to be a devout client but they have sold the business and the service has declined. I was in the chair getting a pedicure and was burned by the tech several times while he removed my gel. I was not confident in his abilities so I opted to leave. Not to mention my son was seated and not once tended to. I asked them what I owed and they said $10, to get burned with the sanding band. I told her that my skin hurt and she said "I don't see blood". I paid and left after she said I could pay half.

I came in looking for Nina since she's been doing my pedicure for years & I always loved how my nails would come out with her, I wouldn't trust anyone else but but her. I recently came since they had been closed for a week or two just to find out Heidi's Nails isn't Heidi's Nails anymore , I'm guessing they moved location & someone else took over. Very sad that I didn't get to see her here anymore. I waited for over 30 mins.
