Dr took her time to educates me about what I am doing wrong and how I can improve posture to avoid the back pain to come back. I enjoyed my private Pilates session and I want to try cupping therapy. I really felt in harmony. Thank you
I've done 4 cupping sessions at Harmony Wellness and they help a lot with my neck and back pain. It helps me feel more relaxed and recover better after working out or when I have tension in my muscles.
This place set me on the right way for my personal wellness and well-being. Dr Stengler was so lovely and made me feel so taken care off . He was so informed that it put me right at ease. The amazing part of my experience was being able to get all my supplements right at there . I have changed My diet and been on the supplements and honestly I couldn't feel more in tune with my body.
