“Cece is a hair magician! I've been going to her for years and I'm always thrilled with her color and cut. This time I had waited so long between visits that I came in with a dry, faded mop of hair. She transformed my hair and I left the salon with a shiny, beautifully colored fabulous cut. My husband said it was the best cut ever. But Steven PERRRRFECTED it for me.

He listened closely to my concerns about avoiding brassiness or orange tones and took the time to get it perfect. I appreciated his honesty and open communication about the process. He never rushed, prioritized my hair’s health, and still delivered the exact shade and style I was hoping for — all without damage.

I appreciate how helpful and informative Steven is with aftercare, always walking me through what products to use so my hair stays healthy and looking 10/10 between visits. Eastwood Color and Cuts is truly a place I look forward to coming to and I could not recommend recommend Steven more — 5+++++ stars!“
