Guaranteed Property Inspection gets 5 STARS and I would refer them to my closest friends and family! Here is why: My situation was urgent! I was overwhelmed with having mold in my apartment and had so many questions and concerns. Their website is full of resources; certifications, reviews, a company mission, FAQ page and a blog with informative articles. There is an option to text or live chat, along with a phone number to call. They could not have made it easier to get in contact. I spoke with Joe, the owner, directly. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He put me at ease, and I felt as though I could trust him. After our conversation, I was confident GPS was the right choice and I was prepared to pay out of pocket for their expertise despite the fact they were a bit more than the competition! After reading the contract, I called the office after hours because I realized I missed an important step to the inspection. To my surprise, Dorsaye answered the phone. She couldn't have been more helpful and calming! She tried to answer my questions and when she didn't have the answer, she patched me through to Joe! Crisis averted! Danny showed up the next morning on time and paid me the same kindness and patience as Joe and Dorsaye. He listened and explained the process before starting the inspection. It took a couple hours which I didn't expect due to the size of my apartment, but he was incredibly thorough. He found mold and water damage in areas that I was not expecting. The damage ended up being more extensive than originally thought so he stayed afterward and again, answered more questions and assured me they would be available as a resource along the way. Lab results and the inspection report came back lightning fast including a follow up call. Mold is a nightmare to go through and GPS makes this part of the process manageable. They are worth every penny.
