Absolutely the best customer service Ive ever had.
Sometimes finding the right solution can be a job all on its own. Grainger us arguably the best spot to begin. With a vast array of products and international locations, I know if I cant get it at Grainger I'm going to have to fabricate it.

Outstanding in everyway! Zoro/Grainger was resourceful, receptive, and responsive to my business needs. After ordering my metal plate and shipped to my office in a timely manner, the item was unexpectedly stolen!I reported to Zoro and customer service investigated my situation, listened to my argument, and immediately resent another plate at no charge, as well as sending it via FEDX for quick delivery!! What service, as I used to say in the military performance review, for those with exceptional professionalism and stepping up to above and beyond.....I would write "highly recommend"...Zoro/Grainger, you deserve it.

Associate Ernie went above and beyond in helping me stock my commercial CBRE van. He also helped me when I was loading my ladders I just purchased, I accidentally dropped one of the keys to the lock down a drain. He was very helpful he brought me a magnet that was long enough to retrieve my key thanks, Ernie
