My heating blower had a control issue, and when I called the dealer, they scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. Then, I called GR Air Conditioning. The technician came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and found the issue. He ordered the part and came back the following day to replace it. My heating unit is working properly again. Gabriel is hands down an amazing repairman. On the hottest day of the summer our AC broke down. When I called Gabriel picked up right away. Not only did he agree to possibly come by same day or tomorrow morning, he reassured me he will stay in communication. Mind you, I called him around 3pm. Even after 2 other calls, the guy decided to come to my house at 8PM at night to ensure we would have AC. Not only that, he brought his own tools and ladder and climbed up 3 stories to the roof to get to our AC unit. From there, he identified the problem, ran diagnostics, and pricing was VERY reasonable.
