I am so impressed with my experience today. The documentation I was given when I left is so detailed, accurate, professional and comprehensive. The doctor really cared about me and my various medical issues and took the time to do a thorough history and above and beyond eye exam. The office staff is efficient, knowledgeable, patient and so compassionate.
I just moved to LA, and needed a good optomotrist to help update my glasses and contact lens prescription and to get my eyewear ready quickly. The team at Good Eye Optometry were great to work with. Austin ran the pre-appointment tests quickly and efficiently, and Cat was brilliant with all questions and laying out next steps, following up with a call, and helping me think through pricing options. Dr. Ani Janszyan was terrific too, very professional, asked great questions, took the time to explain the charts and images from my tests, and really worked to get to an optimal result for my prescription, by asking about my lifestyle, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend... read full review
I ran over my favorite sunglasses in my car. Austen was very kind and competent in repairing what i had thought was an impossible task. He has a lovely personality, great sense of humor and refused to take payment for his time which was considerable. I will be back
