This company is a fraud, I am doing an ADU to my garage. We have an contract signed and this project has taken more then 2 years. We started this process when covid started and (that's was the excuse this is taking so long). I have paid what the contract requested even paid more. I keep calling WILLIAM G and not responding back to my calls. The workers have been drinking on the job (whipped out my whole refrigerator with beer). I also found bottles of pee in water bottles around my house. I have complained to him about open trench and still leaves it open. I do hope osha comes around and they can get a citation for it. I am very close on filing a complaint with contractor state license board and will be getting a lawyer as well. This is very unacceptable.

Dont work with these people, they seemed nice and bit once they got the money they never came to finish the job on our backyard garage conversion, we have filed a complaint and theyre gonna get whats coming to them, dont trust them with service were now stuck with an unfinished garage and messed up backyard due to construction.

Dont use this company. We entered into a contract 2/11/2019 they took my father in laws money and never came back to complete the work. We are in the process of filing a complain with the Contractor Licencing Board for elder abuse. They have relocated and have failed to inform us were they moved to. William Gaitan is a fraud. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY don't get ripped off. They should get NO STARS!!!!
