Furniture Medic was recommended to me by West Elm customer service after my sons crib broke outside of warranty. I emailed them twice and left three messages over 10 days. Never heard back from anyone, but my email did receive a reply saying that they got it and someone would be in contact with me shortly. When I asked West Elm if they could recommend someone else they said they'd reach out to Furniture Medic directly because they are "a bit backed up". I can't speak to the quality of their work but I wish I could. I'm not sure how they got West Elm to partner with them on repairs. Disappointing experience.

They did an amazing job! I dropped an antique dining chair that has been in my family for years and the leg shattered, I didn't think anyone could fix it. I reached out online for quotes with pictures and Ben responded right away saying they could definitely fix it. Erik & Ben were so great during the whole process and the chair was fixed in only a couple of days. I 100% recommend them, their responsiveness and professionalism was truly impressive!
