Gina at the Century City store has the most incredible customer sservice skills. What a delight. So well-informed, helpful, efficient and bright. I will ONLY order at he store b/c of her great attributes. She was amazing plus!!!!!!!!!
I love the FRESH store, not only for the amazing products that they sell but also for their great personnel. They are professional, polite and very importantly, their knowledge on the products. If you are interested in trying a new skincare line, this is definitely one of the best ones that you should definitely try!
My go-to for gifts for my mom! Definitely come here 3x a year for Mother's Day, mom's bday, and Xmas... I remember getting the fresh chapstick in like 2010 as the Sephora bday gift and to this day it's one of two chapstick brands I've ever been able to complete. LOVE the tinted chapstick for myself, for my mom it's usually the soy face cleanser, a face cream/mask, and anything else that smells good. No complaints ever. Parking is a bit troublesome during December, fine the rest of the year. Free for an hour I believe and after that there is a charge.
